Setting the pace of Bristol's after-dark scene for generations

  • Music

Lakota has been an integral part of Bristol’s after-dark scene since its opening, to critical acclaim, in 1989.

Planted firmly in the UK’s nightclub hall of fame since its heyday as a superclub in the late 90s, Lakota has seen an impressive roster of some of the best-known DJs of the last 30 years. DJ greats such as Carl Cox, Paul Oakenfold and Judge Jules were once regulars here.

A new generation has now fallen for Lakota’s energetic vibes, with clubbers from all over the UK still flooding to check out the famous drum and base, hardcore, dub-step and techno nights.
