Thermae Bath Spa is the only day spa in the UK which has access to Bath's natural, mineral-rich thermal waters. Situated in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Thermae combines the best of the historic spa with contemporary design and facilities, including a selection of relaxing spa treatments.
The natural thermal springs in Bath contain over 42 different minerals and were first discovered by Prince Bladud around 2000 years ago, who was cured from his skin disease after bathing in the waters. They've been enjoyed from then until the present day by the Celts, Romans, Saxons and Georgians.
As well as soaking up mesmerising views from the open-air rooftop pool, visitors can meander along the lazy river under the grand columns of the Minerva Bath, re-charge in the multi-sensory Wellness Suite (with Roman and Georgian Steam Rooms), Infrared room, Ice Chamber, Celestial Relaxation Room and Experience Showers.
